Our Youth Summer Strength Camp program is for kids ages 9 - 15.
Workouts are held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:15 - 10:00 throughout July and August.
Parents can reserve their child's spot at any available workouts using the calendar booking system below. Workouts are $15 each and invoices (paid by credit card or etransfer) are sent out every Friday for workouts attended during the previous week.
All Youth Summer Strength Camp workouts start and end at the Conviction Fitness Garage Gym. However, some workouts will take plae outdoors at nearby parks where we can develop speed and agility and include fun games into our training.
Participants are more than welcome to ride their bikes to the gym, where they will be locked up during the workout.
Kids will leave this camp stronger, faster, and full of confidence.
Summer Strength Camp is coached byand Conviction Fitness Head Coach, Riley Nadoroznick.
Slow, weak, and shy growing up, Riley started working out at the age of nine. Through hard work and consistency, he transformed himself from a small, timid kid into a strong, confident teenager.
After being cut by nearly every team in elementary school, Riley left high school as captain and MVP of the football and wrestling teams, earning a full athletic scholarship in the process.
