Athletes we've trained have gone on to play:

  • Football for the Regina Thunder
  • Hockey in the SJHL, MJHL, and NAHL
  • Softball at a D-I NCAA school
  • U Sports college baseball
  • Golf on a U.S. college scholarship
  • Lacrosse for Team Sask and U17 Jr. Rush


Our Youth Summer Strength Camp program is for kids ages 9 - 15.

Workouts are held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:15 - 10:00 throughout July and August.

Parents can reserve their child's spot at any available workouts using the calendar booking system below. Workouts are $15 each and invoices (paid by credit card or etransfer) are sent out every Friday for workouts attended during the previous week.


All Youth Summer Strength Camp workouts start and end at the Conviction Fitness Garage Gym. However, some workouts will take plae outdoors at nearby parks where we can develop speed and agility and include fun games into our training.

Participants are more than welcome to ride their bikes to the gym, where they will be locked up during the workout.

Kids will leave this camp stronger, faster, and full of confidence.
