The consistent results we deliver in the Conviction Kettlebell Club are unmatched.
Kettlebells are misunderstood. They're seen as odd-shaped dumbbells. Or "cardio" equipment. But kettlebells are so much more.
When used properly -- the Hardstyle Kettlebell way we've used for over a decade -- kettlebells are the ultimate training tool.
There is no better tool out there to improve your strength, conditioning, and body composition all in one.
Our programming is based on the Hardstyle Kettlebell approach to training. This is the method Russian Special Forces Soldiers used to train effectively and efficiently with minimal time and minimal equipment.
The results this style of training achieve are so incredible, other top military units around the globe have started to incorporate them as well.
The benefits of Hardstyle Kettlebell Training include:
If you're pressed for time but want more for your body and life, there's no better training method out there.
The Conviction Kettlebell Club is the complete package - strength, mobility, fat loss, cardio, and muscle building in just three 45-minute workouts each week.
From complete beginners to advanced trainees, the Conviction Kettlebell Club has helped countless individuals have a body they're proud of.
Life is chaotic at the best of times. With our Online Kettlebell Club, you have the freedom to work out on your own schedule. With three workouts delivered to you each week, you choose what time and day works best for you.
Train before work. Over lunch. In the evening. The choice is yours.
Training with kettlebells makes everything else better. Your muscles become stronger and more visible. Your waistline shrinks. You get a sense of accomplishment and pride in who you are.
You'll feel good every time you look in the mirror.
You don't need to work out an hour every day to see results. Our program provides consistent results week after week, month after month, year after year with just three 45-minute workouts each week.
This is discipline you can follow through on.
There is a beauty in putting the work in just for the sake of putting the work in. But we like to keep things fun and exciting, too.
We offer Challenges and Achievements our members can take on throughout the year. Many of these -- the Russian Prince, for example -- take years of training to complete.
Having a challenge that takes time to train for keeps you motivated and coming back. These challenges are a big part of why the Conviction Kettlebell Club program is the only program people have been able to stick with for years.

Kettlebells are the ultimate tool for people struggling to fit it all in.

There is no better tool to keep you lean, strong, and mobile on a tight schedule.
Registration for the Conviction Kettlebell Club is currently closed but will open again soon.
What equipment do I need to complete the workouts?
Every workout can be completed with just a single kettlebell. While it's nice to have more than one size of kettlebell to train with, it's not a requirement. Most of our members start with one bell, then add more as they get stronger.
What size kettlebell do I need?
This is always a difficult question to answer, but these are our standard reccomendations:
Men: Start with a 16 kg kettlebell (or a 20 kg bell if you're already quite strong)
Women: Start with a 8 kg kettlebell (or a 12 kg bell if you're already quite strong)
Are kettlebells dangerous?
Kettlebells are like most other training tools out there: they're safe if you know what you're doing. We pride ourselves on being able to teach you proper technique and habits so you can stay safe throughout your training. Many of our members have been following our programing for years without a single injury.
