Through structured, professional programming and coaching, we help kids grow stronger - both inside and out!
In our youth program, we have been fortunate enough to work with athletes from a number of sports, including:
Our mission is to help every athlete reach their individual goals. No matter what they may be.
With sports and extracurricular activities canceled everywhere you look, it's important to keep kids active.
Not only will the journey of increasing their strength and athleticism help the kids physically, but also mentally and emotionally during these unprecedented times.
One day, things will get back to normal. And we want to help our kids be in the best shape possible when that day comes!
Strength Camp Dates
For September, we are running two separate, small (adhering to all provincial Covid regulations) groups.
We don't allow individuals to share equipment, and everyone remains 6+ feet apart the entire workout.
One group workouts on Monday and Wednesday, the other on Tuesday and Thursday.
All workouts are from 4:30 - 5:00 pm.
Strength Camp is coached by author and Conviction Fitness Head Coach, Riley Nadoroznick.
Slow, weak, and shy growing up, Riley started working out at the age of nine. Through hard work and consistency, he transformed himself from a small timid kid into a strong, confident, teenager.
After being cut by almost every team in elementary school, Riley left high school as captain and MVP of the football and wrestling teams, earning a full athletic scholarship in the process.
For the past five years, Riley has helped other kids reach their full potential.
Spots are extremely limited!
Sorry! Our Monday/Wednesday and Tuesday/Thursday groups are full for October!
