Strength Camp develops strength, size, and athletic ability in youth aged 9 - 17.

Strength Camp Time and Days

We are running two separate, small (adhering to all provincial Covid regulations) groups.

We don't allow individuals to share equipment, and everyone remains 6+ feet apart the entire workout.

One group workouts on Monday and Wednesday, the other on Tuesday and Thursday.

All workouts are from 4:30 - 5:00 pm.
