Who This Program is For:
Our Youth Strength and Conditioning program is for athletes between the ages of 12 – 17 who are looking to improve their confidence and athletic ability through structured strength and conditioning training.
This program is open to athletes from any sport or background. We’ve trained athletes from a number of sports, including: Football, Basketball, Hockey, Softball, Jiu-Jitsu, Soccer, Obstacle Course Racing, and Ultimate Frisbee, as well as youth who have never stepped on the field of play.
Our focus in this program is on laying the proper foundation so an athlete can perform better in their sport(s) of choice. Bigger, faster, stronger, more agile and mobile…. we build better athletes.
What We’ll Do:
This program will improve your child’s athletic ability, and help build confidence, through strength and conditioning. We will lift weights, carry heavy objects, run fast, jump high, stretch, and make your son or daughter a better athlete.

Wednesday Nights 5:45 – 6:30 pm
Every session will begin in the Conviction Fitness Garage Gym – the same garage gym where several World class athletes have been training for over two years now.
Our soft-matted gym is stocked with sandbags, kettlebells, monkey bars, gymnastics rings, a climbing rope and more. Which equipment your child uses will depend on their age, size, and skill level.
When the weather permits we will also be heading outdoors to nearby parks for things like sprinting, heavy carries, and more.

Our Youth Strength & Conditioning program is lead by Conviction Fitness Head Coach, Riley Nadoroznick.
Riley wrestled at the University of Regina on a full scholarship and knows exactly what it takes to get to the next level. Now, a busy father of four, Riley is a best-selling author and competes as a Spartan Race Elite athlete. Over the past six+ years Riley has volunteered his time as a football and soccer coach.
Riley combines his multiple certifications with nearly twenty years of training experience to help others reach their health and fitness goals. As a lifelong student, Riley is devoted to improving his knowledge through countless hours of reading and studying the latest health and fitness information.
