Winter Warriors – Conviction Fitness

Based off of methods used by Navy SEAL Cadets, Zach Even-Esh’s Underground Strength Gym, and the Spartan SGX system, Winter Warriors will push you to your limits.

Our focus is not on making you sweat and workout until your body hurts, but instead on improving your fitness. We want to help you increase your strength, endurance, and mental toughness – not just make you sore the next day.

The Winter Warriors program is inspired by training done by some of the toughest people in the world. These workouts consist of a variety of bodyweight, kettlebell, and odd-object (buckets, sleds, tires, sandbags, etc.) exercises. We’ll run, jump, climb, carry, and lift.

Whether you are new to fitness or an experienced athlete, you will benefit from, and absolutely love, the Winter Warriors program!

Final Challenge

Each Winter Warriors program wraps up with a one of a kind final challenge. These challenges test your strength, endurance, and mental toughness, all while giving back to our community.

Winter Warriors December 2015 Final Challenge

Carry 897 lbs of food 11 miles to the Regina Food Bank

Winter Warriors February 2016 Final Challenge

Complete 33,951 Burpees to raise 2,300 items for Community Living

When and Where

Tuesday and Thursday evenings in our Garage Gym (Classes at 5:45, 6:35, and 7:25pm)

Saturday afternoons outdoors, various locations around Regina

When you sign-up for Winter Warriors you will be granted access to the private Winter Warriors Facebook Group and Email List where your trainer will share nutrition, lifestyle, and mobility tips and information.

With these tools, you will have direct access to your trainer to help answer any questions you have.
