A program where people wouldn’t be judged or looked down upon because of their appearance or abilities? A program that took you step-by-step through the process of losing weight, toning up, and just feeling better?
We thought so too. That’s why we created the Summer Jump Start program!
The Summer Jump Start program is designed specifically for people just getting started in fitness. We don’t care how big or small you are, how out of shape you feel, how many push-ups you can (or can’t) do, or how far you can run. None of that matters. All we want is a positive attitude, and the desire to change.
Over the course of eight weeks, our professional, certified coaches will help you shed a few unwanted pounds, tone up, and get in great shape!
You provide the effort, and we’ll take care of the rest 🙂
This program includes:
- 16 professionally designed workouts lead by a Certified Metabolic Conditioning Coach ($240 Value)
- 8 weeks of nutrition lessons from a Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach ($160 Value)
- A relaxed, encouraging, judgement free environment where you can get fit, once and for all

The Summer Jump Start program takes place in the Conviction Fitness Garage Gym – the same garage gym where Spartan Kids, Youth Athletes, “Morning Warriors“, and even World class athletes have been training since 2015.
Our soft-matted gym is stocked with sandbags, kettlebells, monkey bars, gymnastics rings, a climbing rope and more. We use a variety of equipment and exercises to keep things fresh and keep you motivated.
Summer Jump Start Coaches:
The Summer Jump Start will be lead by Certified Metabolic Conditioning Coach, Samira Nadoroznick.
Samira is a married mother of four and full-time elementary school teacher that has developed a true passion for fitness. Since giving birth to her youngest daughter four years ago, Samira has completely changed her body and fitness level.
With her extremely busy schedule and hectic family life, Samira relies on short, effective workouts to maintain and improve her fitness. Throughout this program, you will learn exactly what her secret is and just how simple getting in great shape can be.
Samira is the perfect coach for this program as she has an uncanny ability to take difficult theories and information and present them in a way that anyone (even her husband Riley) will understand.
Riley Nadoroznick is an experienced and certified nutrition, strength, and conditioning coach with an unmatched passion for helping people become happier and healthier. Riley will be helping you get your diet and nutrition in order over the course of this eight week program.
Riley combines his multiple certifications with nearly twenty years of training experience to help others reach their health and fitness goals. As a lifelong student, Riley is devoted to improving his knowledge through countless hours of reading and studying the latest health and fitness information.
