Bigger, Faster, Stronger – Conviction Fitness

This February Break, help your kids become

Bigger, Faster, & Stronger

Looking for a way to keep your kids active this break? We can help. Our Bigger, Faster, Stronger Youth Training Camp will get your kids off the couch and into the gym!

Over the course of one week we will teach your child or teen not only the importance and benefits of physical training, but also proper form and technique. We will walk them through exercises and movements fit for their size, age, and skill level while putting them through fun, challenging workouts.

What We’ll Do:

Age 5-9:

This program will introduce kids to movement through several bodyweight activities. We will spend time on the mats learning different animal movements and on the rings, rope, and monkey bars learning how to climb and swing. We will also spend time learning proper squat and push-up technique through these fun, playful workouts.

Age 10-14:

This program will cover speed and agility drills, advanced bodyweight movements your son or daughter can do anywhere, and basic weight training. The main movements covered in this program will be squats (weighted and bodyweight), push-ups, pull-ups, kettlebell sumo deadlifts (the safest and easiest version of the deadlift to learn), and farmer walks.

Again, we will not have your child doing anything beyond their skill level.

Age 5-9:
Monday, Feb. 20 – Friday, Feb. 24
1:00 – 1:45 pm
Sorry, this class is sold out!

Age 10-14:

Bigger, Faster, Stronger takes place in the Conviction Fitness Garage Gym – the same garage gym where several World class athletes have been training for two years now.

Our soft matted gym is stocked with sandbags, kettlebells, monkey bars, gymnastics rings, a climbing rope and more. Which implements your child uses will depend on their age, size, and skill level.

We refuse to push children into trying things they aren’t ready for, or are uncomfortable with.
