Looking for a fun way to keep your kids active?
Over the course of two months we will teach your child the importance and benefits of physical training, and help them build confidence in their body. We will walk them through a variety of exercises and movements fit for their size, age, and skill level while putting them through fun, challenging workouts.
What We’ll Do:
This program is recommended for kids aged 5-10.
Our Spartan Kids program will introduce kids to movement and Spartan training through a variety of activities. We will spend time on the mats learning different animal movements and tumbling, and on the rings, rope, and monkey bars learning how to climb and swing. We will also spend time working on balance, jumping, and agility through these fun, playful workouts.
Wednesday nights from 5:45 – 6:30 pm
Spartan Kids takes place in the Conviction Fitness Garage Gym – the same garage gym where several World class athletes have been training for two years now.
Our soft-matted gym is stocked with sandbags, kettlebells, monkey bars, gymnastics rings, a climbing rope and more. Which implements your child uses will depend on their age, size, and skill level.
We refuse to push children into trying things they aren’t ready for, or are uncomfortable with.

Our Spartan Kids program is lead by three-time Spartan Race World Championship qualifier and Conviction Fitness Head Coach, Riley Nadoroznick.
A busy father of four, Riley is a best-selling author and competes as a Spartan Race Elite athlete. Over the past six+ years Riley has volunteered his time as a football and soccer coach.
Riley combines his multiple certifications with nearly twenty years of training experience to help others reach their health and fitness goals. As a lifelong student, Riley is devoted to improving his knowledge through countless hours of reading and studying the latest health and fitness information.
